坂　瑠美子
東京都出身、７月２０日生まれ。O型。
６歳からヴァイオリンを始める。
国立音楽大学付属中学校、高等学校卒業後、
岐阜県教育文化財団主催のぎふ・プラハ音楽院公開セミナーに参加し、
プラハ音楽院、プラハ芸術アカデミーに留学。
ダナ・ヴラフォヴァー、イヴァン・シュトラウス各氏に師事。
在学中には数々の演奏会に出演。　
２００３年にアメリカ、ノースカロライナ州にて、ブライアン・レーガン氏に師事。
第３２回　オーストラリア　声楽・協奏曲コンクール（Australian vocal and concerto competition）
ピアノ・器楽部門　第２位受賞。
現在、オーストラリア、メルボルンのマキロップカレッジ（mackillop college）音楽学部弦楽器主任講師に就任。


現在はオーストラリア、日本を活動拠点にし、
メルボルンでは、ビララントリオ、ヌーヴォカルテットの第一ヴァイオリニストを務める傍ら、ソリストとして数々の演奏会に出演。
日本ではピアニストの大島彩子氏とともに、東京を中心に、毎年１月にリサイタルを行っている。

これまでに、ABCクラシック、3MBS, 3ZZZ,　伝言ネット、
豪メルボルン、FMかわさきやなどにも取り上げられ、

また、現在、株式会社MOVICS（http://www.movics.tv/html/）の海外レポートコーナーにて、
ルミのメルボルン日記を動画にて配信中。

これまでに、村尾尚己、カルロ・コンタリーニ、守岡輝、中村幾代、
木野雅之、故田中千香士、ミワコ・アベ各氏に師事。

趣味：グルメ、美容、お酒、ネット。

Japanese violinist Rumiko Saka has been actively performing in concerts and festivals in Australia and Japan.
She moved to Australia, after completing her studies at Prague Conservatory and Academy of Performing Arts in Prague in the Czech Republic. Based in Prague, Rumiko performed in Germany, Austria and throughout Europe with many leading world orchestras and ensembles. In 2007 Rumiko moved to Australia, becoming the violinist for the Birrarung Trio in Melbourne, participating in each of their performances, appearing on the radio, and ensuring the success of the Birrarung Trio’s 2008 Japan tour.

Rumiko has performed on Radio Kawasaki and Movics TV, and as a soloist, has actively participated in local community concerts such as the Eye-Bank “Gaze at the Lights” concert and the charity concert for the Tohoku Disaster. She is currently the senior violin teacher at Mackillop College.
